Kona Guðjóns, (17. mars 1973), er Sigrún Stefánsdóttir frá Þingeyri við Dýrafjörð, lífeindafræðingur, f. 4. maí 1951. Foreldrar hennar voru Stefán Bertel Jóhannes Eggertsson prestur á Þingeyri, f. 16. september 1919 á Akureyri, d. 10. ágúst 1978, og kona hans Guðrún Nanna Sigurðardóttir húsfreyja, fulltrúi, f. 19. nóvember 1925 í Vogi í Hraunhreppi, Mýr., d. 21. október 2015.&lt;br&gt;<br /> Börn þeirra:&lt;br&gt;<br /> 1.
