Eyjafjöllum 1870, síðar í Eyjum, f. 1841, d. 29. október 1918 Vestanhafs, og kona hans [[Geirdís Ólafsdóttir (Vilborgarstöðum)|Geirdís Ólafsdóttir]] húsfreyja, síðar í Eyjum, f. 1843, d. 30. maí 1917 Vestanhafs.<br /> <br /> Kristín var með foreldrum sínum í æsku. &lt;br&gt;<br /> Hún fluttist með þeim að [[Kirkjubær|Kirkjubæ]] 1868, en þeim var snúið aftur „á hreppinn“ 1870. &lt;br&gt;<br /> Aftur sneri hún að [[Dalir|Dölum]] úr Holtssókn 1886, var vinnukona þar til 1888, vinnukona í [[Vanangur|Vanangri]] 1889-1891, líklega vinnukona í Dölum 1892. Hún var bústýra hjá Þorkeli Jónssyni á Gjábakka 1895 og 1896, er þau giftust.&lt;br&gt;<br /> 1901 var hún húsfreyja Gjábakka með Þorkeli og hjá þeim voru systkini hennar, Skúli og Ólína vinnuhjú.&lt;br&gt;<br /> Þau fluttust til Vesturheims 1902. <br /> <br /> Maður Kristínar, (27. nóvember 1896), var [[Þorkell Jónsson (Gjábakka)|Þorkell Jónsson]] bóndi á Gjábakka, f. 1. október 1867.&lt;br&gt; <br /> Börn þeirra hér voru:&lt;br&gt;<br /> 1.
